1. Acceptance
By installing any NovaCraft Tools application from the Atlassian Marketplace, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
NovaCraft Tools provides Atlassian Forge applications that enhance Jira functionality. Apps run entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform.
3. Licensing
- Free tier: Available at no cost with feature limitations as described in each app's Marketplace listing.
- Paid tier: Billed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Pricing, billing, and refunds are governed by Atlassian's Marketplace Terms.
4. Availability & Support
- We aim for 99.9% uptime, subject to Atlassian Forge platform availability.
- Support is provided via email ([email protected]) with a 48-hour response target.
- Critical bug fixes are prioritized; feature requests are considered for future releases.
5. Data & Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling. In summary: all data stays within Atlassian's infrastructure and we cannot access it.
6. Limitations of Liability
- Apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
- We are not liable for data loss resulting from Atlassian platform issues.
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Termination
- You may uninstall any app at any time. Uninstallation removes all app data.
- We may discontinue an app with 90 days notice to active subscribers.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
